IIS – Search Engine Optimization Toolkit ROCKS !!
January 13th, 2010Microsoft has recently released Search Engine Optimization Toolkit for web developers, hosting providers and web server administrators to improve their website relevance in search results by recommending how to make the site content more search engine-friendly.

The IIS SEO Toolkit includes the Site Analysis module, the Robots Exclusion module, and the Sitemaps and Site Indexes module, which let you perform detailed analysis and offer recommendations and editing tools for managing your Robots and Sitemaps files.
The installer is available in both x86 / x64 version and can be downloaded from http://www.iis.net/expand/SEOToolkit.
Once you download, run and finish the setup, then go to Start > Run > type “inetmgr” to Open IIS manager console.
Navigate to the site you wish to analyze or optimize. In the right pane you will Search Engine Optimization Icon (SEO).
